Paula Talley served as the Missouri Team Leader for Operation Outcry, a project of The Justice Foundation. Paula travels across Missouri and the nation sharing her story of healing after abortion with churches, pregnancy resource centers, legislators and the media. Paula has raised two beautiful daughters and cherishes the memories of her husband Larry who passed away in 1999. One of her favorite quotes is "Life is full of ends, but for every end there is a new beginning." Paula's life shows that adversity does not have to defeat us, but can be stepping stones to greater victories. She recently founded Magnificent Obsession, a ministry dedicated to empowering underprivileged and post-abortive women.
