A principal at Legacy Group, John is also an accomplished former State Legislator. He was elected to the House seat in 1994 when he was just 27 years old. In 2000 he was part of a historic switch in Party control and became the youngest Senator at 33. Loudon developed a reputation for creative thinking and problem solving. John's work has landed numerous national and international appearances including the BBC, several appearances on Fox News, CNN, the New York Times, Chicago Tribune and Newsweek. Loudon is credited with passage of two bills numbered SB1 in the same year. This has probably never been done anywhere. SB 1 in the first Session of 2005 was the rewrite of Missouri’s entire workers’ compensation law. SB 1 in the “Special” Session of 2005 was a landmark parental consent law making Missouri the only state to extend this protection.
